We understand all too well how important a good night's sleep is to you. When selecting products for the best night's sleep, your individual taste is of great importance. Of course, it may be that the Ozybag is not entirely to your liking.
It may be that the Ozybag needs some time to get used to it. We always recommend trying it for at least seven nights to get used to it. So try it out properly before deciding to return it.
Dispatch
Within the Benelux you benefit from free shipping! After your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the track & trace to follow your order! We do everything we can to provide you with your ordered ozybag the next day. Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of PostNL.
Delivery time Netherlands: ordered before 8:00 PM = good night's sleep tomorrow.
Delivery time Belgium: ordered before 8:00 PM = good night's sleep tomorrow.

Change delivery?
Do you want to change the delivery? First create an account with PostNL. After registering your account, you can adjust the delivery time or choose to have it delivered to a delivery point nearby from the moment PostNL has received your package until you see the status "sorted".

Nobody home?
Then PostNL will deliver your package to your neighbours or to a PostNL point nearby. They will leave a note with a "not at home code". With this code you can see on the track & trace where you can pick up your package. They will keep your package at the PostNL point for a week, after which it will be returned to us.
